PC-OptiE - Data Management Software for Optiset E memory
FUNCTIONALITY
PC-OptiE supports you with
- back-up of messages from the electronic telephone book from "Optiset E Memory" and to transfer back
- editing of existing data and comparison with the data of other users
- management of user and phone data for multiple users on a PC
- import of PC-191 data (e.g. ENB data from Ultraset 191)
The data is stored in encrypted form and protected from unauthorized access by an individual password. The data management software is easy-to-use thanks to manageable dialogs and the extensive help function.
Thanks to PC-OptiE you are able to
- create new telephone books and data records quickly and easily on your PC
- easily correct or delete existing phone book entries
- supply standardized phone book data to all connected telephones
- in case of exchanging your phone or using a loaned phone while your phone is being repaired, easily transfer your current phone book data with minimal effort
- archive your phone book data using the integrated import/export functionality or you can process the phone book data in a database or as a text file
