Social Commitment

The association was founded in Bocholt in 2004 and helps children develop a self-determined perspective in life through school education.

We refrain from buying Christmas presents for our customers and instead use the amount as a donation to the association every year. We also communicate this to our customers in our Christmas greeting cards.

At the yearly Christmas party, TIS employees also like to take the opportunity to buy tickets to win small gifts. The amount raised will be generously rounded up and donated by TIS.

The project is managed by the TIS owner family Bielefeld.

Sindiso e.V. supports social projects in developing countries. For several years now, the aid has focused on the Umbrella Widows and Orphans project in Rabuor, Kenya, which was set up by locals. The aim of the project is to improve the living conditions of many children and widows.

The project has been supported by TIS since 2015.

We are also a member of the Bocholter Bürgergenossenschaft eG. Its aim is to offer support to various people - from older people to families to companies including their employees. The citizens' cooperative helps in particular with the compatibility of work and family or work and care for relatives. This is achieved, for example, through services offered such as child care and household help.
