Data management for system telephones - PC-Opti600
FUNCTIONALITY
- PC-Opti600 supports reading and writing to Hicom Optiset Memory (hardware adapter
required), “Hicom Optiset E Memory” (hardware adapter required) and “HiPath OptiPoint 600 Office” (USB-driver “CallBridge TU” required) ENB data.
- It imports PC 191 data (for example: ENB data from Ultraset 191). PC Opti 600
processes existing data or reconciles data with the data of other users. - It manages several users, as well as the phone book data of different users on one PC.
- The data is stored in encrypted form and protected from unauthorized access by an
individual password. Text data and other data can be imported or exported in CSV format
for data reconciliation and archiving.

PC-Opti600 is an easy-to-use data management software for “Hicom Optiset Memory”, “Hicom Optiset E Memory” and “HiPath OptiPoint 600 Office" system telephones. PC-Opti 600 facilitates the transfer of your ENB phone book data to computers running Windows operating systems.
PC-Opti600 provides the following advantages
The data is stored encrypted and protected by a password against unauthorized access. For easy data synchronization and archiving text files in CSV format can be imported and exported.
- It creates new telephone books and data records quickly and easily on your PC.
- Existing phone book entries are simple to correct and delete.
- Simple reconciliation of phone books.
- Simple data conversion between different devices.
- Should you exchange your phone or you require a loaner phone while your phone is being repaired, your current phone book data can be transferred easily; with minimal effort.
Thanks to the integrated import / export function, you can archive your phone book data in a database or you can edit the data in a text file.
Included in the delivery: CD with PC-Opti600 software, user manual, and instructions.
