Improved add-on modules for our Mobile Order Management Software PSV3®
Load Space Documentation 
The extended photo function of PSV3® facilitates quick documenting of loading areas (used and free space), damages and oversized shipments in lorry trailers, swap bodies, trailers and motor cars.
Our software can easily be connected to any TMS.
During a live demonstration at LogiMAT in cooperation with our partner Transdata we show the connection to the Transport Management System Komalog® and the secure workflow during load space documentation.
Pre-Trip Inspection
Experts believe that a proper pre-trip inspection takes 15 minutes to complete.
The software module "Pre-Trip Inspection” simplifies and automates the sensitive process, replaces paper documentation and therefore considerably relieves both drivers in daily practice, as well as employers in the required monitoring. Our module can be adapted flexibly to the needs of each customer.

The photos of damages and loading areas generated by the PSV3® software can be transferred to DamageVis - the damage documentation software from Divis.
Video material from Divis and images captured mobile can comfortably be collected in one PDF for a more comprehensive documentation.

Komalog® by TransData
Images and data of damages, loading areas or bulky shipments may optionally be supplemented by additional information and then sent to Komalog®, the Transport Management System from TransData.
Thus, for example, the loading space documentation can be supplemented by information about available loading space, transferred to Komalog® and viewed there for further evaluations. The same works with data about bulky shipments.
