Integration of Third Party Apps in TISLOG mobile
Are you using the TISLOG mobile Enterprise driver app and would also like to use additional third-party apps? If so, we can easily integrate them into the TISLOG mobile app.
What are the benefits of direct integration into TISLOG mobile Enterprise?
Drivers often use third-party apps that require them to exit our TISLOG environment in order to access them. These can include apps for finding parking, refueling, or even Google Maps. To simplify this process, we can integrate third-party apps directly into the TISLOG mobile Enterprise driver app using our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. This allows the third-party apps to be opened directly from within our application. Not only does this enable more efficient work, but it also saves time.
AI Document Categorization
We are currently developing an AI document categorization system. What does that mean? This new development is designed to categorize documents using AI and, if necessary, to extract the document content as well.
What can AI document categorization be used for?
AI-based document categorization is intended to be applied in various use cases. One example would be a vehicle registration certificate. In the future, the AI will automatically assign this document to the “Registration and Ownership” category. Additionally, relevant information will be extracted from the certificate and processed further in our TISLOG Infodesk. This could include technical details, for example.
What is the goal of AI-powered document categorization?
AI-powered document categorization is primarily intended to simplify work and save time. It is also designed to help create a standardized document filing system and make all system-relevant information easily accessible. Manual data entry will soon be a thing of the past.
Impact of ITS data rejected by drivers
With the latest generations of digital tachographs, drivers have the option to reject access to so-called ITS data. But what are the real consequences?
ITS stands for Intelligent Transport System. It is a standardized interface through which certain tachograph data can be transmitted to external applications and telematics systems.
What are the consequences of rejecting ITS data?
If drivers reject access to ITS data, the driver’s name will no longer be displayed in TISLOG Infodesk based on the tachograph data. Additionally, real-time information on driving and rest periods will not be available, and the so-called D8 data will no longer be transmitted.
However, refusing ITS data does not affect the legally required downloads. The following functions will therefore still work:
- Download of driver card data
- Download of the tachograph’s mass storage data
