In this August issue, we give you a glimpse into our testing process for new hardware before it is added to the TISWARE portfolio.
We subjected three industrial devices to a thorough tumble test. The results were very convincing.
Our telematicbox Truck is an accessory developed by TIS for data transmission from the truck. For this purpose, we have programmed an app that guides you intuitively through the installation. We are presenting this application to you today.
We are proud that no less than five new apprentices will start their training in our company this year. In this issue we want to welcome these young colleagues to our team.

Logistics hardware put to the test
Tumble Test aced, ready for the TISWARE Portfolio
TIS GmbH offers its customers everything from a single source. Our telematics solutions are characterized by their versatility and durability. To ensure the best possible return on investment, all components in use should meet these criteria.
This applies not only to our TISLOG logistics software but also to the hardware and matching accessories, as we also offer these as part of our complete solutions.
Our accessories are designed under the brand TISPLUS in a separate department directly at TIS in Bocholt.
The industrial hardware for the TISWARE portfolio is sourced from well-known third-party manufacturers, such as Honeywell, Panasonic and Zebra. To ensure here that the selected hardware is powerful, durable and able to meet the requirements of our customers, the equipment undergoes an extensive quality control before it is included in our product range.
This year, we tested three mobile terminals in particular for their suitability as TISWARE and subjected them to a special stress test in the process - the Honeywell CT60 XP, the Zebra TC77, and the Panasonic FZ-N1.
Installation app: Intuitive support for the installation of the TISPLUS telematicbox Truck
To facilitate the installation of our telematicbox Truck, we at TIS GmbH have developed our own app, a self-explanatory aid that guides you step-by-step through the installation process.
It takes about five minutes to use and, with intuitive menu navigation, enables installation without prior training.
The application has been field-tested by manufacturers of commercial vehicles, who rate the fast and intuitive process very positively.

Webinars introduced: TISPLUS telematicbox Truck
More overview of all relevant vehicle data
Fuel consumption data, vehicle positions, driving, and rest times - all this information is valuable for freight forwarders to control costs or reduce them through process optimizations.
Telematics provides access to this data in real-time or retrospectively, wherever you are. The data is collected and transferred to our TISLOG logistics software. There they can be used, for example, as the basis for calculating the estimated time of arrival (ETA) or for scheduling team deployments and tour planning. The data can also be archived and used for statistical evaluations to assess the efficiency of your fleet.
For the collection and transmission of all these different data, TIS GmbH now offers the fourth generation of its in-house developed telematics box. It is easily integrated into your vehicles and communicates with our TISLOG logistics software - the TISPLUS telematicbox Truck.
If you want to equip your fleet or individual vehicles with our telematicbox, TIS GmbH is at your side. We not only provide the hardware, but also facilitate the installation for you.
For this reason, we work with a certified partner who can either install it for you or train your employees so that they can perform the installation themselves. In addition, we have developed our own installation app that can also assist you with the setup.
Get an overview of relevant vehicle data, such as FMS CAN, fuel CAN and tachograph live as well as remote tachograph data with the telematicbox Truck and TISLOG logistics software.
