NEW in April: Digital processing of the TIS hardware service

More transparency, more efficiency: We are simplifying the processing of our hardware service.
The launch is planned for the month of April. We will inform you again as soon as the new repair processing starts.
After the launch the repair registration will be done digitally and very easily via our office platform TISLOG office Infodesk.
In just a few clicks, you will be able to find a select the devices to be repaired from your pool in Infodesk and initialize the service. Our portal will then keep you up to date on the next steps until the repaired device is sent back to you.
Your inventory list in Infodesk will also provide useful information in the future, such as the duration of the CS contract, the number of SIM cards in use, or the assigned branch for multi-site customers.
Are you a customer and have you already booked the Premium Hardware Service?
Then we have some good news: The new processing in Infodesk generates no additional costs for you, it is a free component of your premium hardware service.
