Brand new: Our AI assistant Tilo in TISLOG Infodesk 5.
We are expanding our office building with another extension. We celebrated the topping-out ceremony in June.
At the beginning of July, the second blood donation day took place at the Bocholt Technology Park, which we organized together with a neighboring company.

AI assistant Tilo
Our latest project in the field of AI is our AI assistant “Tilo.” Tilo is integrated into our Infodesk 5 platform interface and helps users complete tasks faster and more efficiently by answering questions and providing assistance.
In which areas does Tilo provide support?
- Context-sensitive help: Tilo can answer questions about how to use the software. It draws on the company's internal TISLOG documentation and provides specific instructions.
- Access to system knowledge: Tilo can also answer technical questions by accessing configuration schemes, e.g., from the server.
- Intelligent navigation: Tilo can independently open the apps in Infodesk 5 according to instructions.
Topping-out ceremony of our second extension
After moving to the Bocholt Technology Park in 2013, the company building became too small after only a few years, so we expanded in 2019, creating additional workplaces for our employees. Now, in 2025, the existing building is being expanded again to create enough office space for the growing number of employees.
The first work began in March and, thanks to the timber frame construction, the building was already standing just a few weeks later. This meant that we were able to celebrate the topping-out ceremony in June, to which all employees, all trades involved, and neighboring companies were invited.
We enjoyed the day very much with warm temperatures, plenty of drinks, and delicious food.
Blood donation day in technology park Bocholt
On July 1, a blood donation day took place at the Bocholt Technology Park. We organized the event together with our neighboring company, Lebbing automation & drives GmbH. This was the second time the blood donation campaign had been held. What made it special was that all companies in the industrial park were invited to participate so that as many people as possible could take part. This time, the campaign was expanded to include the opportunity to register as a stem cell donor and obtain organ donor cards.
We are delighted that the campaign was so well received, despite the high temperatures. A total of 37 blood donors turned up, 33 of whom were ultimately able to donate. This included eleven first-time donors, which shows that the campaign generated positive attention and encouraged new people to donate.
