Our customer FIEGE Logistik (Switzerland) AG underwent a business control

Our customer, FIEGE Logistik (Switzerland) AG, or Fiege Switzerland for short, underwent a comprehensive operational inspection by the Zurich Cantonal Police. All drivers and vehicles were checked. Furthermore, the data from the tachograph archive had to be submitted within five days.
Unlike inspections in Germany, not only the tachograph and driver card data was requested, but also a detailed weekly report providing a wealth of additional information for review. Fiege also had to demonstrate how violations are identified and appropriate measures are taken.

The outcome of the inspection
All requested data was submitted within the specified deadline. Furthermore, thanks to comprehensive activity records, Fiege Switzerland was able to credibly demonstrate that all legal requirements are being complied with and that the company responds promptly to violations by providing driver training, thus fulfilling its obligations.
The officers who conducted the operational inspection were impressed by the new ability to transmit vehicle data directly to the driver. This allows the weekly report to always provide a complete picture of activities. Technical problems with the tachograph were also corrected, maintaining a realistic overall picture.
Mirko Eberhard, Project Manager and Business Analyst at Fiege Switzerland, was satisfied with the results and confirmed that the TISLOG tachograph archive provided reliable data during the inspection and contributed to Fiege Switzerland passing the inspection successfully and without any warnings.
