The specialist in mobile telematics solutions TIS GmbH has developed new functions for controlling and managing fleets. In the web portal TISLOG office different routes can now be displayed and compared layered on a map. This also applies for the same routes from different time periods. Another optimization concerns the geofencing: Geographical tour limitations can now for the first time no longer be defined only as circles or rectangles, but also as complex polygons.

The graphical tour comparison shows dispatchers at a glance where unplanned deviations, overlaps and areas for improvement are prevalent in the planning. The pictorial view shows, for example, when two vehicles were traveling in the same touring area or whether drivers behave differently at different days on the same tour.
With the enhanced geofencing function TISLOG office now offers full flexibility in setting tour limitations. By simply applying complex polygons directly on the map even the smallest local characteristics can be considered. Triggering of alarms can be set for the drive into or out of the defined district. Likewise warnings for exceeding certain periods are possible.
Only in May TIS had completely restructured their product range. Under the name TISLOG Logistics & Mobility the mid-sized family enterprise provides a modular solution kit for small, medium and large businesses, which is constantly evolving.
