New TIS White Paper on Power Management

Power management is the topic of our current White Paper written by Joseph Bielefeld. In the essay he shows you how to manage the power consumption of your MDTs optimally when they are running with our telematics software PSV3.
Mobile data terminals receive the necessary power from rechargeable batteries.
All measures for the optimal control of this power consumption can be summarized under the term "Power Management". Power management means to temporarily disable unnecessary function modules and configure the suspend mode intelligently. This will extend the runtime of your MDTs significantly. The PSV3 configuration holds a number of settings ready to save power.
