At the transport logistic 2017 in Munich, we presented the new AutoCubeTM 8200 from Honeywell. The compact system is now part of our TISWARE portfolio and is particularly suitable for parcel stations and warehouses.
The space-saving design with independent power supply allows it to be used in a wide variety of working environments, eliminating the need for time-consuming and inaccurate hand measurements with the ruler.
At the trade fair, Honeywell's new 3D measuring technology, which can capture objects in any orientation, quickly became a public magnet at our booth.
AutoCube 8200 measures the dimensions of objects with an edge length of at least 10 and a maximum of 100 cm in less than a second.
For those who are not yet convinced by the price and the fast expected ROI, factors such as increased productivity in processing packages, improved customer service and decreasing error rates, e.g. when determining shipping costs may change their minds.
