Our latest project in the field of AI is our AI assistant “Tilo.” Tilo is integrated into our Infodesk 5 platform interface and helps users complete tasks faster and more efficiently by answering questions and providing assistance.
In which areas does Tilo provide support?
- Context-sensitive help: Tilo can answer questions about how to use the software. It draws on the company's internal TISLOG documentation and provides specific instructions.
- Access to system knowledge: Tilo can also answer technical questions by accessing configuration schemes, e.g., from the server.
- Intelligent navigation: Tilo can independently open the apps in Infodesk 5 according to instructions.
How was the AI assistant Tilo developed?
Tilo is based on a generic and modular concept that builds on modern large language models (LLMs). The powerful models from OpenAI are used for its answers. This system allows extensions to be implemented quickly and easily.
What else will Tilo be able to do in the future?
In the future, Tilo will be able to fill out forms automatically. For example, it could automatically fill out an order entry form using data from an uploaded file. In addition, the chat with the AI assistant will be used to search for orders or adjust app permissions. Voice control (speech-to-text) is also conceivable.
