Together with our partner Collect+Go we can offer you the digitalization of CMR. This saves paper and increases the efficency of your working processes.

The digital consignment note, e-CMR, can be used in Germany for two years now. Countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium and France started using e-CMR earlier. Today, the digital consignment note is accepted in 39 countries. The last ones to follow were Italy, Austria and Hungary.

An overview of the advantages of e-CMR:

• Usage of less paper which leads to lower costs: In most cases a paper consignment note costs up to two euros. That is why it is not only a topic of sustainability but also of costs.
• Further calculations lead to the following (considering 200 vehicles and 260 working days):
  • Every e-CMR saves 14 minutes working time per year (printing, archiving, handover)
  • Cost savings of 9200 euros (material, paper and maintenance)
  • 900kg less paper per year
• Data Security: Paper proccesses can lead to business risks easily when talking about data security. E-CMR instead can save data right away.
• Transparency of your supply chain: e-CMR offers you a goods issue process which transitions seamless in other processes. Signatures and futher information are available directly.

The Collect+Go platform is certified for the e-CMR protocol and ISO270001.

Why does Collect+Go and TIS fit perfectly to your processes?
We offer you an easy integration and an individual configuration. The data are transferred per interface and are therefore available in TISLOG for further working processes.

Details of the integration:
A flag „e-CMR“ can be added to an order (e.g. an order which crosses borders). In this case the data of the orders are transmitted from TISLOG to the Collect+Go platform. Its an automized process and the e-CMR is available directly.

The most important information of e-CMR in TISLOG:

• Signatures of each depot and customer can be saved through master data and can be printed automatically on the e-CMR
• The signatures to the order in TISLOG mobile app (Android, iOS or web application) will be printed on the e-CMR automatically
• The driver can open the e-CMR for every order in the TISLOG mobile app to see the current status
• The driver can show the recipient an QR code to scan. It will then show the consignment note.
• The customer is able to have a look at the consignment note via a link. He can also get a mail with the final e-CMR as soon as the order is closed.
