The Alert Board in TISLOG office Infodesk is your central overview for all abnormalities during order processing by your drivers. With the Alert Board in Infodesk you can easily configure which deviations should be registered. You also determine the priorities of the alarms yourself. For example, specify when an alert is a notification, a warning, or an emergency alert.

Each alarm triggers an e-mail notification, which is also configurable. For example, it may be determined that the notifications are sent only to a particular group of recipients, e.g. certain branches. On request, the alarm can also be sent via SMS.

Three examples explain the advantages of the Alert Board:

Example 1:

The head office sends a pick-up order to a driver's mobile device. If the driver does not accept the order within 15 minutes, the alert board automatically triggers the preconfigured alarm. The alert board sends an e-mail message to the specified recipient group, for example the dispatch department. The dispatch department can then can intervene promptly and ensure that the assignment of the order is not delayed further.

Example 2:
For example, keep an eye on the performance of your drivers with the Alert Board.

The situation:
The speed limit is 10 on the premises. The driver exceeds this maximum speed. The speed traveled is determined using the TISPLUS telematicbox Truck and compared to the maximum speed previously assigned to a defined geofence area. The exceeded speed limit is determined automatically and entered in the alert board.

Example 3:
Via geofencing, waiting times, e.g. during loading and unloading, are automatically recorded or delays in the status assignment after your driver arrived at the customer. You can also specify a specific delay time to elapse before the automatic alarm is triggered.

All alarms are also recorded in the alert board and are available there for further processing.
Thus, the Alert Board offers a variety of ways to optimize your service and react quickly to irregularities, for example, to inform other parties involved in the supply chain in a timely manner.
