TISPLUS Hardware Accessories: telematicbox Truck

Our TISPLUS telematicbox Truck 2 comes with a standard configuration and a SIM card. This allows easy individual configuration, even when the truck is on the road. This means that the vehicle does not have to go into the workshop again when the TISPLUS telematicbox Truck has to be reconfigured. This saves money, because loss of earnings due to workshop stays is reduced.

If the SIM card is activated, the TISPLUS telematicbox Truck can receive the appropriate configuration at any time. This sets all the necessary parameters for the connection to the TISLOG control center and, if necessary, via Bluetooth with the driver's unit. This means that the TISPLUS telematicbox Truck is integrated into the customer system and is now available with all functionalities for TISLOG office.

The tool allows, for example, the following adjustments to be made:

• Performing remote reboots of the TISPLUS telematicbox Truck
• Adjustment of the parameters, e.g. Frequency of GPS coordinates, sending abroad (roaming), preferred networks, etc.
• Adjustment of alarm messages, e.g. SMS alarms: too fast driving, too much braking, etc.

If the requirements or objectives regarding fuel consumption or alerting change, it is thus possible to configure this via the air without having to bring the truck into the workshop.
