Trek-753 discontinued
Trek-753 is no longer available, successor Trek-773 convinces

The manufacturer Advantech DLoG has discontinued the TREK-753. The forklift terminal is no longer available for purchase.
With the 4G LTE TREK-773 the successor is already on the market. And the new one is just as robust as its predecessor. The device comes in the well-known resistent housing and design and is still able to withstand extreme logistics environments with temperature fluctuations, shock and vibration.
The main focus was placed on the display area. The new wide-angle touchscreen with special hardened glass is also still readable under low light conditions and from various angles.
An Intel Atom E3826 and Dual Core 1.46GHz processor provides excellent performance.
The TREK-773 comes with Windows 8 Embedded, Window 7 (project based) or Ubuntu 14.04.
An Android-based alternative is the TREK-733L with Android KitKat 4.4.2.
