Difficulties at the loading docks are a common problem for many truck drivers. These difficulties at the ramp can also quickly interfere with the scheduling of the disposition, for example, if unexpectedly long loading times are the issue.
With the Ramp Rating in the TISLOG logistics software, drivers have the opportunity to record and share their experiences. The input is collected in TISLOG and available to the dispatchers for their planning.
Ramp rating on the driver's mobile device
The Ramp Rating is integrated into the regular workflow of the driver. As soon as he has reached the end of the delivery or pick-up processing on his mobile device, the menu field "Driver signature" appears. There the process can not only be confirmed with a signature but the ramp can also be assessed.
During the evaluation, the quality of the ramp, the treatment by the customer, and the atmosphere at the customer's site can be rated either as "good" or "needs improvement". In addition, the driver can enter a comment and upload photos.

The assessment of the ramp given by the driver can then be viewed in the TISLOG office Infodesk web portal - either via the statistics module or via the online view of the orders. With the help of the drivers' ratings, longer waiting times can be taken into account for future deliveries/collections, for example. In addition, the ramp rating is a good basis for argumentation if a clarifying discussion with the customer becomes necessary.

Optional forwarding to the ETM Verlag ramp guide
The internal ramp rating can be released for the ETM Verlag ramp guide on request. The ramp guide is a Germany-wide portal for loading ramp rating. The aim is to improve communication between drivers and shippers and thereby achieve higher quality at this sensitive point.
