Easy communication between dispatcher and driver with TISLOG Driver Mail
June 20, 2021
Communication between dispatchers and drivers needs to run smoothly. Different native languages or missing documents can make this communication difficult. As a remedy, we implemented the "Driver Mail" feature in our TISLOG logistics software a few years ago and are constantly developing it further.
Driver mail in TISLOG
The "Driver Mail" feature integrates into the main menu of the TISLOG software as a single button. With the help of this button, the driver opens the message dialog on his mobile device. Here he can enter his message to the dispatcher. There is also the option of attaching a photo or a document to the message.

The dispatcher can then view the message in TISLOG office Infodesk and download the photo or document. He can also compose a message himself in Infodesk and send it to the driver with a photo or document or answer the driver's message.

The driver receives the message in Driver Mail on his mobile device and can also reply from there.
Simplified communication through translation
In order to avoid communication problems caused by language barriers, it is possible to automatically translate messages. Both the driver and the dispatcher understand the content of the message and information can be exchanged without any barriers.
