TISLOG mobile: Easily acknowledge loading tackle differences
With the new function "Loading tackle difference acknowledgement" the driver can easily and reliably acquire confirmation not only for the receipt of the goods, but in a second signature dialog also for loading tackle differences.
Normally, the driver software of TIS is configured to confirm both the receipt of the goods and the loading tackles with one signature, but also the returned loading tackles, for example, Euro-pallets, which have their own market value. This efficient acknowledgment function is particularly useful when the number of delivered and returned loading tackles is identical and all loading tackles are flawless.
However, there may occur differences in the exchange of the loading tackles, when, for example:
-
The number of exchanged loading tackles does not match,
-
The loading tackles returned by the receiver are damaged,
-
Not exchangeable loading tackles such as disposable pallets are exchanged for Euro pallets.
Therefore our driver software can be configured to provide another signature dialog. The receiver must explicitly acknowledge the differences in loading tackles with a second signature. Thus certain statements after delivery such as "I did not see that I have also signed any differences ... that was not the case ...." are no longer possible.
Especially with higher-value "loading tackles" such as gas cylinders additional acknowledgment of differences makes sense. If they are changed, they must be distinguished between disposable and reusable bottles - and, of course, defective gas cylinders must be marked as such.
TISLOG office: Efficient tour planning with a second reference track
In Infodesk any vehicle track can be "pinned", displayed and compared with any other track. This enables the efficient planning of tours.
-
So, for example, two trips of one day can be compared to find synergies. The pinned track is displayed in red, the second track in blue.
-
It is also possible to compare the same tour on two different days in order to find differences.
-
Finally, the tour can be compared with the positions of all vehicles of a fleet to see who is located near the traveled route.
For the disposition this allows better tour planning and control.
