TISLOG Online Module in Infodesk 5

The functional monitoring of the daily transports is an essential task in tour planning, fleet management and customer service. This practice does not only include the in time information of the customers about delays or barriers but also the flexible and new programming of pickups and the continued control of the whole fleet.

Thanks to the online module in Infodesk 5, these challenging tasks can be done effortless, time-saving and user-friendly. The module offers an ergonomic interface which enables the users to react quickly to changes and to keep an eye on everything. This increases the efficency and ensures the satisfaction of the customers.

Which components are included?
There is a standard that will be delivered but it can be adjusted to the customers needs. The standard online module in Infodesk 5 contains the following widgets:

On the left side you can see a vehicle tree which shows all relevant real time information of the vehicles. For example the status of the mobile device or the telematicbox. This widget only shows the vehicles that are assigned to the user.
Furthermore, the module contains a map in the middle which shows GPS events in real time, e.g. positions of the vehicles, the driven tour and the planned tour.
The details of the vehicles are displayed on the right side. This also includes details to orders. An example for this is an overview of the pre-trip inspections of certain vehicles.
