Today we introduce several useful features in our TISLOG logistics software:
With the "Driver Mail" feature, for example, your drivers can communicate with your headquarters directly from the mobile driver app and send and receive documents or photos.
Problems at the loading ramp during pick-up and delivery are part of everyday life for most drivers. With our "Ramp Rating" module, your drivers have the opportunity to share their experiences directly in our TISLOG software, supporting tour planning with their input.
In today's webinar introduction you will learn more about our mobile tool for dispatchers and fleet managers, TISLOG office Infodesk2Go. It enables access to all relevant order processing data for your employees on the go, regardless of where they are. They can even intervene with route corrections if necessary. Easy communication between dispatcher and driver with TISLOG Driver Mail
Communication between dispatchers and drivers needs to run smoothly. Different native languages or missing documents can make this communication difficult. As a remedy, we implemented the "Driver Mail" feature in our TISLOG logistics software a few years ago and are constantly developing it further.
Driver Mail in TISLOG
The "Driver Mail" feature integrates into the main menu of the TISLOG software as a single button. With the help of this button, the driver opens the message dialog on his mobile device. Here he can enter his message to the dispatcher. There is also the option of attaching a photo or a document to the message.
Ramp Rating in the TISLOG logistics software
Difficulties at the loading docks are a common problem for many truck drivers. These difficulties at the ramp can also quickly interfere with the scheduling of the disposition, for example, if unexpectedly long loading times are the issue.
With the Ramp Rating in the TISLOG logistics software, drivers have the opportunity to record and share their experiences. The input is collected in TISLOG and available to the dispatchers for their planning.
Ramp rating on the driver's mobile device
The Ramp Rating is integrated into the regular workflow of the driver. As soon as he has reached the end of the delivery or pick-up on his mobile device, the menu field "Driver signature" is showing up. There the process can not only be confirmed with a signature but the ramp can also be assessed.
During the evaluation, the quality of the ramp, the treatment by the customer, and the atmosphere at the customer's site can be rated either as "good" or "needs improvement". In addition, the driver can enter a comment and upload photos.

Not only truck drivers, but many office workers are also much more mobile these days than they used to be in the past. Therefore we offer a mobile app called Infodesk2Go that gives dispatchers or fleet managers access to all important order management data at any location even when they are not in the office.
Whether it's truck fleet data, driver messages, or order data ... with Infodesk2Go your employees are informed at all times and can also actively edit tours or communicate with your drivers if necessary.
