Logistics companies are under great pressure. Today, in addition to economic efficiency, the focus is also on challenges such as sustainability and driver shortages, which have to be met. So it's no wonder that more and more often we hear that self-driving trucks will shape our highways in a few years' time. But what does this mean for telematics systems or providers like us? Will telematics providers have disappeared from the market in 10 years? Which technologies is TIS driving forward in the next few years in order to remain successful on the market?
In a 45-minute lecture, our speakers, Markus Vinke and Mike Ahlmann, shed light on current developments and take a glimpse into the future. What will be the requirements of the future? Which technologies play a role in which area of the supply chain? Where does the use of blockchain or AI make sense?
