We have been an approved NETS provider for a few months now and are therefore authorized to record driving data in Switzerland. One of our customers is now reporting on their practical experience.
On November 21, 2025, we will be hosting our Webinar Day on the topic of “Special Features of Telematics.”
An important change in the law for delivery vehicles in cross-border traffic will come into effect on July 1, 2026. Vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 2.5 tons or more will have to be equipped with a digital tachograph in the future.
From January 28 to 29, 2026, the Logistics & Automation trade fair will be taking place in Bern. We will be sharing a booth there with Querformat AG.

For several months now, we have been an approved NETS provider and are therefore authorized to record driving data in Switzerland for the so-called heavy vehicle tax LSVA III.
In use at several Swiss companies
Several Swiss companies use TISLOG to process the LSVA III heavy vehicle tax. These include our long-standing customer Walter Rhyner AG. Simon Schaub, who is responsible for technology and projects at Walter Rhyner AG, is satisfied with the introduction of LSVA III with TISLOG: “The introduction of LSVA III with TISLOG went very smoothly and without any significant problems. Whenever I had questions or uncertainties, I was able to contact TIS GmbH employees at short notice, who dealt with my concerns immediately. The dialogue was always very constructive and productive.”

Change in law from July 1, 2026
A change in the law for delivery vehicles in cross-border traffic will come into force on July 1, 2026. From this date, vans with a gross vehicle weight between 2.5t and 3.5t that are used for international freight transport must be equipped with a digital tachograph.
Aim of the legislative amendment
The aim of the legislative amendment is to improve drivers' working conditions and ensure fair competition.
Previous regulation
Until now, the tachograph requirement has only applied to vehicles and combinations with a gross vehicle weight of over 3.5 tons. This means that in future, many more vehicles will be affected by this requirement and will therefore have to be retrofitted.
Trade fair Logistics & Automation in Bern
The “Logistics & Automation” trade fair will take place in Bern from January 28 to January 29. We will have a booth there together with our partner, Querformat AG.
We are already looking forward to our first trade fair in Switzerland, where we hope to see both familiar and new faces.
