Observing and evaluating operational processes over a longer period of time can reveal potential to operate more cost-effectively and optimize processes. These observations are also very useful for the development of bonus systems for drivers.
The basic functions in the TISLOG office Infodesk Control Center for your headquarters therefore include a powerful statistical function that provides you with order and telematics statistics for your evaluations. With this statistical function you can quickly and comprehensively get an overview of the numbers and relationships in your company.
Information on order processing (processing time, scan rates, etc.) is available on request, as is telematics data for your fleet (e.g. fuel consumption data or mileage), provided that TISPLUS telematics boxes are in use. Furthermore, data of the devices used (e.g. error codes or device resets) can be evaluated.
Customize which information should be compiled
You can create your own statistics for each topic and open them from the overview in TISLOG office Infodesk. Depending on which user rights are set up, existing statistics can only be viewed or edited or their configuration can be changed.
Each new or changed statistic can be tested quickly with just one button click.
Existing statistics can also be copied and then edited.
The evaluations can be easily configured through an intuitive selection of specified parameters. More complex calculations and evaluations are also possible using formulas and variables in user-defined fields. With easy-to-use filters, the amount of data queried can be limited to the really relevant values.
Added value: The finished statistics can be exported as a CSV or PDF file or sent directly from Infodesk, for example by email.
