We hope you have arrived well in 2019. The year is still young, but we already have a lot of news for you:
In February you will have the chance to meet us live at the LogiMAT in Stuttgart. If you're there, be sure to visit our booth (Hall 8, Booth A05), we'll show you great software and hardware innovations. More information will be available shortly in our official invitation to LogiMAT.
For TIS customers, repair handling in 2019 will become easier: we will switch our hardware service to digital processing during the course of the year. This leads to a simplification of the entire process and an improved flow of information.
In addition, we have expanded our training offer. This year, we are offering new webinar topics and our colleague, Oliver Krahmer, who is a member of the TIS sales since last year, is now also contributing to our free webinars as a speaker.

Simplified handling of the hardware service in 2019
This year, we will switch the hardware service to digital processing. This will create more transparency and efficiency.
In the future the repair registration will be done easily via TISLOG office Infodesk. By right-clicking on the relevant device in the inventory list, it can be registered for repair. The following process steps inform you automatically in TISLOG office Infodesk, starting with goods receipt at TIS, through repair steps to goods issue.
In the inventory list, you will find useful additional information in the future, such as the duration of the CS contract, the number of SIM cards installed or, for customers with multiple locations, the assigned branch.
For customers with premium hardware service, the new service processing in Infodesk is free.

TISLOG for new users
In order to fully exploit the full potential of TISLOG software for logistics, we recommend this training to users of our software. The speaker, TIS founder Josef Bielefeld, familiarizes you in detail with the TISLOG functions in this intensive course and answers your questions.
In addition to tips for handling of the software on mobile devices, the administrative tools and troubleshooting, as well as further information on setup and configuration options are addressed.
