Use of Machine Learning in TISLOG
Artificial intelligence is becoming more and more important these days and more and more companies are relying on AI for a variety of reasons.
We at TIS GmbH have been working with artificial intelligence for almost ten years and we are looking at how we can use it to further improve our TISLOG logistics software. Most recently, one of our employees wrote his master's thesis on machine learning, which is a specific area of AI.
What was the master’s thesis about?
In the master's thesis, a machine learning tool was developed that enables the monitoring of software operations. Mechanisms have also been implemented that ensure continuous improvement of the machine learning algorithms based on new data, so that the algorithm automatically reacts to changes.
Shift and Tour Reports
Do you always wanted to have a precise overview of the kilometers driven by your drivers per shift? Or a breakdown of how long your drivers spent in each country when crossing the borders during a tour? We are able to offer you these information. Now, you have the option of transferring the collected statistical data on shifts and tours from TISLOG Infodesk to Microsoft Excel.
What is displayed in the Excel file?
Once you have everything set up, you can view various reports.
The weekly report shows the shift times, the vehicle's mileage per day, the kilometers driven per shift and the fuel consumption.
The shift report also shows you the break times, driving times and working times. There you can also differentiate between times. This data can then be used, for example, to calculate night surcharges. If your drivers are traveling in different countries during a shift, the associated data such as duration and kilometers driven per country can also be displayed.
With a pivot table created, you can also add up the individual data per driver and thus obtain an overall result.
LogiMAT 2025
From March 11 - 13 the LogiMAT logistics trade fair is taking place in Stuttgart. This year we will be there again with our own stand. You can find us in Hall 4, Stand A03.
What is special? We will be taking part in LogiMAT with a new stand concept. Let yourself be surprised by the special features our stand has to offer.
We would be happy to present you our TISLOG logistics software, which covers the areas of telematics, fleet management, order management and intralogistics, as well as the suitable hardware such as industrial smartphones and telematic boxes. We would also be happy to show you our self-developed TISPLUS accessories, which include vehicle cradles and scan handles.
