LSVA III in use by customers

For several months now, we have been an approved NETS provider and are therefore authorized to record driving data in Switzerland for the so-called heavy vehicle tax LSVA III.

What exactly does that mean?
Switzerland has a new heavy vehicle tax called “LSVA III.” This is a further development of the old system for collecting heavy vehicle taxes in Switzerland. The aim of this new generation is to make the collection of tolls even more efficient, transparent, and digital. LSVA III is based on a modern technological infrastructure that enables more precise data collection, improved user guidance, and seamless integration into existing vehicle and logistics systems such as TISLOG.

In use at several Swiss companies
Several Swiss companies use TISLOG to process the LSVA III heavy vehicle tax. These include our long-standing customer Walter Rhyner AG. Simon Schaub, who is responsible for technology and projects at Walter Rhyner AG, is satisfied with the introduction of LSVA III with TISLOG: “The introduction of LSVA III with TISLOG went very smoothly and without any significant problems. Whenever I had questions or uncertainties, I was able to contact TIS GmbH employees at short notice, who dealt with my concerns immediately. The dialogue was always very constructive and productive.” To ensure this, a weekly regular meeting was introduced. This enables us to provide our customers with the best possible support. Simon Schaub also sees several advantages in the recording of trip data by TISLOG. "LSVA III with TIS makes my daily work easier compared to alternative products. We can monitor and check the data in real time. I also find the backup solution very user-friendly and intuitive to use. LSVA III with TIS opens up new, real-time opportunities for us to recalculate and monitor our transports. Automatic trailer detection via BLE beacon also eliminates a major source of error (incorrect declarations) and makes the driver's work easier," adds Simon Schaub. As with all products, TIS works closely with customers to create the best possible solution. We have also accepted and implemented ideas and suggestions for improvement from customers for the LSVA III solution. This sets us apart from most other providers – a real advantage for the customer.
