TISLOG Order Monitor

More transparency with the TISLOG Order Monitor

In logistics, fast and reliable access to transparent information on all deliveries is essential. The easier and faster access to information, the more efficiently processes and the associated information flow can be designed. This not only benefits freight forwarders and delivery services, but also their customers.
For this information flow, TISLOG office offers a whole range of so-called information ports, through which information from Infodesk can be made accessible to third parties.
One of these information ports is the TISLOG shipment monitor, which brings considerable benefits for both your large customers and for your internal communication. Learn more about it in this article.

Easy deployment and communication

You can easily give your customers access to the portal via a link. Operation is intuitive and self-explanatory, which makes software training unnecessary. By entering the shipment number, you or your customer will receive all the necessary information and status indicators for the shipment in question. No matter if forwarder, shipper or recipient, all target groups will find the relevant information in the shipment monitor.
For shippers, the expected delivery times, status and signature are in the foreground, while recipients are primarily interested in the delivery window of a shipment, while shippers, in turn, need shipper & recipient information as well as volume, weight and order type of the shipment.
Vehicle-specific data such as tour number or license plate can also be viewed in the TISLOG shipment monitor. This quick access to all relevant information saves a lot of time for everyone involved, since calls between branches or between you and your customers are no longer necessary.
The shipment monitor also supports you in optimizing your customer service, since information about the time window of the orders can be given promptly.

Tracking and data protection

In addition to the possibility of pulling information about consignments that have already been completed, status information about or tracking of consignments that are still in the delivery cycle is particularly valuable.
All information is provided in a manner that complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Thanks to shipment tracking, you can predict when your delivery will arrive at you or your customer. It also shows how many stops the driver has to go through before the shipment is delivered. The ETA (= Estimated Arrival Time) is permanently recalculated in the background and corrected by an update as soon as a time window changes significantly.
No information about third parties is displayed here either. Users can only see advance information, such as the expected arrival time, the distance to the current location of the vehicle and the number, type and location of the stops to be processed.

Configurable design

As with all other TISLOG modules, the front-end display of your shipment monitor can be adapted through individual configurations.
Your shipment monitor can also be started directly from your TMS system. Switching between different tools is not necessary.
