Shift and Tour Reports

Do you always wanted to have a precise overview of the kilometers driven by your drivers per shift? Or a breakdown of how long your drivers spent in each country when crossing the borders during a tour? We are able to offer you these information. Now, you have the option of transferring the collected statistical data on shifts and tours from TISLOG Infodesk to Microsoft Excel.

What is needed for this?
In TISLOG Infodesk you need the statistics “DDD countries”, “shift data” and “tour journal”. In the Excel file that is supposed to display the reports at the end, you then have to create subdirectories/folder names with the same three names.
You also need at least TISLOG version 12.09. If this is not the case, the CSV files from the statistics must remain in the folders for as long as the data is to be used.

What is displayed in the Excel file?
Once you have everything set up, you can view various reports.
The weekly report shows the shift times, the vehicle's mileage per day, the kilometers driven per shift and the fuel consumption.
The shift report also shows you the break times, driving times and working times. There you can also differentiate between times. This data can then be used, for example, to calculate night surcharges. If your drivers are traveling in different countries during a shift, the associated data such as duration and kilometers driven per country can also be displayed.
With a pivot table created, you can also add up the individual data per driver and thus obtain an overall result.

What are the benefits of the reports?
The reports offer you an even better overview of your drivers’ individual shifts and tours. You can also use the data for other purposes, such as calculating night surcharges.
