The functional monitoring of the daily transports is an essential task in tour planning, fleet management and customer service. This practice does not only include the in time information of the customers about delays or barriers but also the flexible and new programming of pickups and the continued control of the whole fleet.
Thanks to the online module in Infodesk 5, these challenging tasks can be done effortless, time-saving and user-friendly. The module offers an ergonomic interface which enables the users to react quickly to changes and to keep an eye on everything. This increases the efficency and ensures the satisfaction of the customers.

Webinar Day Fleet Management
On June 7th our first Webinar Day took place. The topic of the day was fleet management. We presented our TISLOG products in the space of three hours. We informed the participiant about modules that are already available but also about module that ill be developed in the near future.
More than 60 people participated the event and they asked many questions. We were pleased about that.
As the feedback of the participiants was very positive we will repeat the format in the future. The next one will probably take place in autumn and will focus on another topic. As soon as we have more information we will inform you about that.
