TISLOG MDM – Mobile Device Management by TIS

TISLOG MDM consists of a central software module within TISLOG office Admin and the MDM agent on the mobile devices. TISLOG MDM enables the central and efficient organization of the TISLOG mobile software. This includes configuration, distribution, validation and analysis. The module sets up a kiosk mode on the mobile devices. This protects the operating system against unauthorized access and manipulation.

Make quick configurations via MDM Live View, trigger a device reset in response to detected errors, transfer configuration updates “over the air” to your mobile devices, or take and send screenshots in the same way.
The firewall function is individually controllable and serves to reduce unwanted data traffic.

Examples of setting options for the MDM Agent on the mobile device:

• Auto-start an application
• Add 3rdParty applications to the launcher
• Switch firewall on / off & allow applications
• Simple generation of staging packets (packages include the mobile software, including the configuration for the mobile device, each device can be configured with different functionalities)
  language settings
• Orientation Landscape / Portrait
• Customizable report settings
• Over-the-air installation of 3rd party software (for example terminal emulation, utilities ...)

Drag and drop your adjustments conveniently and test your settings directly in TISLOG office Admin, without the need for a real mobile device.
The new TISLOG office module also offers various analysis options. Keep track of technical device data, such as CPU load, battery status, traffic, and more. All results can be displayed graphically as a report with screenshots in Infodesk.
You also have access to the database of the mobile device, can manage and monitor file operations (uploads / downloads), and remotely lock devices in case of loss.
