Creating frame tours is an efficient solution for the planning and administration of periodic routes.

Creating frame tours
This modules helps expediters to define tours which have to be done regularly in the same way. As these periodic tours have the same stops they can be generated with specific time intervals. This simplifies the daily work.

Calculation of driving time and ETA
When creating the frame tours the average driving times between the stops are calculated. Within this process the ETA (estimated time of arrival) will be defined and compared to the opening hours.

Adjusting the ETA
In case that the planned stop does not fit to the opening hours the ETA will be displayed in orange as a signal colour.

Manual adjustments of the routes
In addition, the expediter has the possibility to adjust the order of the stops. This can be done through drag & drop.

Automatic optimization
Besides the manual adjustment, the module offers an automatic order optimization. This function considers the needed kilometers as well as the needed time. Opening hours will also be taken in account. The automatic optimization increases the efficiency of the tours, lowers the running costs and improves the observation of timetables.
