TISLOG Address Administration

TISLOG Address Administration in Infodesk 5 offers a central administration of master data and ensures a smoothly operation. One of the most important master data are addresses. Because of this, we created an own module which is called TISLOG Address Administration. The module offers information such as operning hours, coordinates and other relevant information that come from different modules.

Easy searching
Thanks to an user-friendly search function addresses can be filtered easily. This simplifies the daily working and ensures an efficient use of data.

Address Details and Editing
While capturing or editing the addresses, the module offers the possibility to geo code stops automatically. This means, that the geographical coordinates of addresses are captures and saved precisely. Furthermore, data such as opening hours and stop length can be added. These are also important for other modules e.g. the TISLOG Frame Tour Administration.

Filters
There are also extensive filter options to sort out and filter the addresses. The filters can be saved in order to use them more quickly the next time. They can also be saved for other users to simplify the communication within the company.
