Current status of Infodesk 5
As our focus is more and more on Infodesk 5, there are more modules that are transferred from Infodesk 3 to 5.
Already existing modules
The modules Fleet, Future Search, Online and Order Search are already integrated in Infodesk 5 as own apps. The big advantages are the better overview, a more easy handling and especially the one field search in combination with the configurable basis filter functions at the order search module.

Customer requests can be implemented quickly and easily using the TISLOG live configurator. This allows dialogues to be adapted or created that deviate from the standard of the TISLOG mobile app. In addition, existing paper processes can be digitized. For example, it is possible to create a "Vacation request" dialogue and carry it out digitally via the TISLOG app.
