TISLOG office Infodesk2Go from TIS brings this freedom in the form of an additionally bookable app for TISLOG office Infodesk users. The app runs on any current Android smartphone. There is no need to buy new hardware if you already own an Android device.

With TISLOG office Infodesk2Go, you always have all the relevant information at your fingertips: Locate vehicles on-the-go, view all stops, dispatch or redistribute tours, and communicate with drivers right in the app - on the go, anytime, anywhere.

Installation quick and easy

If you are already an active user of the latest version of TISLOG office, the TIS mobile 2Go add-on service will only require an internet connection so that your mobile device can communicate with the TISLOG office server. There is also a small additional per-user-charge.

The download link to the app can be found in the desktop web interface of TISLOG office Infodesk. From there, you can have the download link sent to your mobile device via SMS, for example, and then install the application.

By the way: Our application only collects and stores data that is necessary for the smooth functioning of our service.

After installation, scan the QR code from the Infodesk web interface on your desktop once with your smartphone to complete the set-up on your smartphone and link your active info account with the app.
Afterwards you can log in as usual on your mobile device with your access data. You have the same rights as in the Infodesk web interface.

Intuitive operation

In the main menu, driver dialog, vehicle overview, configuration options and other functions are now available in an easy-to-use, intuitive user interface.

Rest, driving and working hours for each driver are clearly displayed and different states are marked by color coding.

Vehicles can be located directly on the map. If required, it is possible to communicate with drivers via integrated driver mail within the application. In the app you will find the detailed information from TISLOG office Infodesk on current tours and stops and can also redistribute tours if necessary (provided the user has the appropriate rights).
