TISLOG mobile Smart – mobile order management for subcontractors and charter vehicles

TISLOG mobile Smart is the browser-based web solution for mobile order management for temporary collaboration with chartered contractors (e.g., subcontractors) from TIS.

Advantages of the TISLOG application

No extra costs for hardware: For the use of the app, no new hardware needs to be purchased and no software must be installed on the device. The application runs in the web browser.

Your company data is safe! No data is permanently stored on the terminal (maximum for the duration of a session).

All recorded data and photos are transferred to your TISLOG office Infodesk Web Control Center and are there centrally available for further processing.

Requirements for the use of TISLOG mobile Smart

In principle, the terminal the app will be running on has to fulfill only two requirements: An online connection to the company network is required and the device should have a web browser and camera. Not possible with the web app is the barcode scanning (if necessary, we will gladly advise you on other TIS solutions when it comes to scanning).

Uniform standard, simple operation

The web app offers the same configurable workflow on all devices.

Function, layout and operation are analogous to our proven enterprise solutions. Data and status values ​​are compatible with the PSV3 (Windows) and Enterprise (Android) versions. The integration of a TISLOG mobile smart user into your Infodesk workflow is easily possible in your Infodesk account via the mobile phone number of the smartphone to be used.

How it works

Via TISLOG office Infodesk you send an SMS with the access data for TISLOG mobile Smart to the respective driver. The driver then logs on to his device in the web browser.

After the language selection (default options: German and English) assigned orders can be viewed and information entered. The information that can be captured includes delivery information and status information about the shipment, as well as photos in case of a detected damage.

The "photo function", for example, shows how "central" TISLOG mobile Smart really works: If a photo is taken from the application, it is initially displayed to the driver for checking on his mobile terminal until he confirms the recording with "OK".

After that, the photo will be transferred to your TISLOG office Infodesk portal and will no longer be accessible to the driver on his device. The same applies to status information and all other data entered for the description of the damage.

In your TISLOG office Infodesk web portal, all entries are assigned to the respective order and are available there for further processing.

TISLOG mobile Smart is an extension for users of TISLOG products and generates only small additional costs (billing per user or per transaction, optionally selectable).
