Telephone app in TISLOG

In the course of our TISLOG logistics software we developed an own telephone app which brings different advantages over normal telephone applications which are pre-installed on the mobile phone.
One important advantage of the TISLOG telephone app is the call logging which is generated automatically. As soon as the driver calls a person during the tour, the following information will be saved for the particular stop or sending:
- Time of the call
- Telephone number
- Ringing duration
- Calling duration
These information can help to check or to record a notification.
Another advantage is the synchronizing of contacts with the help of the Mobile Device Management (MDM). Furthermore, outgoing calls of the drivers can be restricted to certain numbers. Because of this, it is impossible to call private numbers with the mobile phone of the company.
Starting a call out of TISLOG mobile Enterprise
There is the possibility to embed a button for the telephone app directly in the application TISLOG mobile Enterprise (TLmE). The app can then be started immediately by one click. Also in this way, a status with the time of the call will be generated.
