With immediate effect, the function MultiBarcodeScanning is also available for mobile devices from the manufacturer Honeywell.
We helped truck drivers from the East who are stucked in Germany.

Simplified border crossing
The project DaziT of the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security Switzerland should simplify the transit processing of trucks by using the installed telematics.
Successful pilot project
TIS GmbH and its customers Spedition Maier and Planzer Transport AG took part in the pilot project to help the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security with the realization of digitizing the transit process. The project was started in September 2021 at the customs office Ramsen and was finished successfully in December. Through a digitized data transmission the drivers were able to cross the border without stopping. This saves important working time and leads to less emissions which harm the environment.
MultiBarcodeScanning - also available for Honeywell mobile devices
In the last newsletter, we already introduced the new function MultiBarcodeScanning to you. The function helps to simplify and optimize the scanning of barcodes.

Help for truck drivers in need
TIS GmbH gave out food products to truck drivers in need who have to face new challenges.
The current situation
Many truck drivers from Belarus and Russia are afraid due to the current situation. They rarely have contact to their families as their phone cards do not work anymore. Three of the drivers stood at the rest area for eight days without money. They had to rely on other drivers who shared their food with them although they did not have much food left. Their Polish purchaser will now at least pay for the diesel they need to get to the unloading point. Afterwards, they will stand again without getting ahead.
Conclusion of our employee Oliver Krahmer: "It was a very emotional moment and a for me clear sign how much each of us can effect by doing instead of talking."
Transparent increase of prices
At the moment we face price increases everywhere we are going - whether on business or in the privat everyday life. We want to give you security and to inform you how we deal with it.
We elaborately dealt with the topic of price increases and we decided that we will not raise the service costs. This gives you planing reliability.
However, we already raised our man-day rates at the beginning of the year. Because of this, enhancements of our products as well as our supervision of project implementations cost a little bit more now. With this, we only compensate the increased additional expenses and the increased complexity.
