When deciding on hardware, a pure comparison between the price and the most obvious features is often used to make a decision, because these are two easily comparable parameters. However, since the hardware in logistics environments has to be suitable for special applications, such as many scans in close succession or large numbers of printouts, and sometimes has to withstand extreme environmental influences, additional factors should be taken into account when making the selection. Important selection criteria are, for example, resilience in order to keep downtime, repair and replacement costs low and long product life cycles as well as update capability, ideally over several operating system generations.

In order to be included in our product range, each model must first pass a thorough appraisal, performance assessment and various stress tests by our experts. Only hardware that we fully trust in terms of functionality, robustness and durability will be included in the TISWARE product portfolio.

TIS GmbH is your long-term and comprehensive contact partner. In addition to the manufacturer service, our in-house hardware premium service is available for you on request. As part of this service, we take care of the entire process with the manufacturer in the event of a repair. In this case, you as the customer only have to send us the defective device. We take care of everything else and then send the device back to you repaired, fully charged and ready for immediate use.
As a user of our TISLOG software, you can also directly follow the progress of repairs (device type, delivery date, repair status and more) in the device overview of the software.

No matter if your devices need to be equipped with navigation, data communication, industrial browsers or terminal emulation, our software support will be happy to take care of it.
All devices we provide are usually equipped with a current operating system update immediately before delivery, previously tested by our experts.
This preliminary check guarantees 100% compatibility between the update and our application for seamless work. The same applies to newly available security patches.
Using our Mobile Device Management (MDM), customers can, among other things, automate and schedule their updates themselves across entire device groups.
