Forwarder Gebrüder Weiss
The Situation.
The transport and logistics group Gebrüder Weiss has about 1,000 drivers and executes up to 15,000 orders of delivery and pick up each day.
The Task.
The transport and logistics company was looking for a solution to handle the entire order management virtually paperless.
The Project Implementation.
The approximately 1,000 drivers from different countries were equipped with mobile data terminals from the TIS GmbH. As part of the change each driver received a two-hour training and afterwards was able to go on tour with his device immediately.
