With PSV3 Observer TIS GmbH has developed an efficient and productive extension to its innovative PSV3 system. For the first time ever, the new web-based application enables customers or TIS support to continuously monitor the PSV3 application server remotely. This new web-based application dramatically increases the quality and security of the exchange of order information between dispatch and the driver.

PSV3 Observer - numerous functions for control and monitoring.

The new PSV3 observer provides a clear overview for the online monitoring of all operations and order information, as well as simple access to all important release and support documentation, such as the user manual. In addition, the PRO edition of the application informs managers and supervisors of critical occurrences or interruptions in processing and interface handling via email. For example, PSV3 checks that the XML files transferred from the customer’s system are processed correctly and should problems arise it provides concrete correction tips. In short: this practical control and monitoring tool reliably ensures that all orders transferred to the recipient – for example to the driver - are correct and complete.

In addition, PSV3’s new APP server structure provides an even greater level of quality.
