PSV3-System

The end-to-end solution for your mobile order management. 

PSV3 puts you in the position to intelligently and flexibly manage your orders. Send order information directly to your field employees and other mobile employees, receive data and information your employees have captured in their mobile devices and respond quickly and effectively to any changes or modifications.

PSV3’s more than 700 configuration parameters facilitates the customization of your applications and processes down to the last detail; and as such is well suited to a wide variety of different industries.

• A shipping company dispatcher receives a shipment pickup order. He enters the customer name and address and decides which truck should be dispatched to pickup the shipment.
• Since all the drivers are already en route, the dispatcher sends the complete set of order/pickup specifications to the driver’s handheld computer.
• The driver can choose to confirm or decline the order. The dispatcher receives the driver's response on his PC.
• If the driver accepts the order, he proceeds to the customer site and picks up the shipment.
• He is then able to enter the size and weight and delivery address of the shipment directly into his handheld computer.
• The data is then transmitted to the main office. The data can be accessed immediately – for example to generate an invoice.

The PSV3 system integrates your mobile employees into your IT environment - it doesn't matter if they are in the shipping bay, on the other side of town or even half way across the continent. The system is comprised of 3 components:

• mobile hardware (handheld computer/WorkAbout Pro)
• mobile software
• server software

PSV3 simply and efficiently realizes special solutions for different industries and different requirements and specifications. PSV3 basic software offers infinite configurations for customized solutions, as well as a wide array of optional software components. You can select the software according to your specific mobile device application requirements.
